  What can I expect from an

  Esencia Relaxation® bodywork session?

Each bodywork session lasts about 25-30 minutes.  Having removed your shoes you will remain fully dressed, preferably in loose, warm, comfortable clothing, and you will be invited to lie on your back on a massage therapy couch.  

Once you are lying comfortably the fully trained and qualified Esencia Relaxation® Practitioner will skilfully complete the bodywork routine, we have named The FLOW Sequence™

You can expect to quickly begin to feel deeply relaxed and you may even fall asleep…this is quite normal.

After the Treatment session you will have a short time to discuss your experience, if you want to, and then over the next 24 hours or so, you will notice the effects of this Active Intensive Relaxation™ session as you begin your recovery back to your “rested best®”….
